BACHELOR/MASTER THESES, PROJECT AND SEMINAR THESES
We offer bachelor and master theses as well as project/seminar theses that contribute to our research. Students from the engineering disciplines energy engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and even industrial engineering can find suitable topics at our institute. Thesis work can be started on April 1st or October 1st (it is possible to start on a different date in some individual cases).
If you are interested, please send an email (within the deadlines listed below) to join-ees@ifes.uni-hannover.de. Please include the following information in your email:
- Your course of study/ degree program
- Your desired start date (if you cannot start on either April 1st or October 1st)
- Your area(s) of interest from our research portfolio
- Your desired focus – primarily practical work, theoretical work or both
The available thesis topics are presented and assigned during an informational evening event, to which you are warmly invited!
For an October 1st start, the following dates apply:
- Deadline to send the email described above: June 30th
- Informational evening event: mid-July; the exact date and time will be announced per email
- Assignment of topics: by the end of July
For an April 1st start, the following dates apply:
- Deadline to send the email described above: December 31st
- Informational evening event: mid-January; the exact date and time will be announced per email
- Assignment of topics: by the end of January
Note: depending on the topic, it might be helpful to have completed the course Energy Storage 1 or Fuel Cells and Water Electrolysis ahead of time.
