Description
Students will gain knowledge of:
- Conduction and breakdown mechanisms in liquids and solid insulating materials
- Partial discharge behavior and partial discharge measurement techniques
- Electrical stresses in combined insulation systems
- Design of insulation systems as well as the assessment of the quality of insulation systems in high-voltage equipment
